With phase II of COVID-19 still in place we are still making our way to normalcy. Please remember we are not there yet so we still need to take precautions. We will not be holding our Open Houses this weekend but this doesn’t mean that we cannot show our homes, we will just be doing that on an individual basis. If you have any inquiries regarding our projects please feel free to contact Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels. Katie can be reached at 905-658-1564 and Dan at 905-327-7438 for the most recent information about timing for occupancy, availability and pricing.
With the restrictions easing we are continuing to stay updated with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team. We are looking forward to continuing to move forward with businesses opening up. Please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.
We would also like to remind you that with such beautiful weather, it is drawing our communities outdoors, so we hope that you can respect that we still have to isolate our staff and workers on our sites. We know that it has been very difficult to be so isolated with such lovely weather, but if we are not careful, it will cause a spike in the spread of this virus. We would appreciate that you please do all that you can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. With that being said, we are still restricting all traffic on our construction sites to staff and contractors only. We thank you for your cooperation in the past weeks for respecting our community members and your staff who’s valued talent needs to remain safe during these days.
We are continuing to pray for you and your family and for COVID-19 to end. This is a very difficult time for many of us. Some of our families have lost loved ones and are devastated that life ended so suddenly. During this time we are confident that if you help us by adhering to our requests, it will be easy for our trades to adhere to distancing and staying safe so when they go home to their families they can also feel safe. We thank you for your cooperation!
Our feature image was taken at Cedarbrook Landing where there are a few units that are still available. There is a lot of work happening there so it is still imperative that while summer has arrived if you wish to view this site or the homes here, you contact Katie and Dan who can take you there.
