With the move to phase II of the opening up of Ontario we are once facing many changes. This is exciting news since we would all love for life to return to less restrictions It’s also starting to feel a little bit like “normal” but please remember we haven’t crossed the finish line yet. We will not be able to hold our Open Houses this weekend however this doesn’t mean that we cannot show our homes, we will just be doing that on an individual basis. If you have any inquiries regarding our projects please feel free to contact Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels. They are still available to assist you with any of the details. Katie can be reached at 905-658-1564 and Dan at 905-327-7438. Both Katie and Dan have the most recent information about timing for occupancy, availability and pricing. Our units at Saffron Meadows are now sold out. Members are settled in now and landscaping is underway.
With the restrictions easing we are continuing to stay updated with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team. We are looking forward to continuing to move forward with businesses opening up. Please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.
We would also like to remind you that with such beautiful weather, it is drawing our communities outdoors, so we hope that you can respect that we still have to isolate our staff and workers on our sites. We know that it has been very difficult to be so isolated with such lovely weather, but if we are not careful, it will cause a spike in the spread of this virus. We would appreciate that you please do all that you can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. With that being said, we are still restricting all traffic on our construction sites to staff and contractors only. We thank you for your cooperation in the past weeks for respecting our community members and your staff who’s valued talent needs to remain safe during these days.
We are continuing to pray for you and your family and for COVID-19 to end. This is a very difficult time for many of us. Some of our families have lost loved ones and are devastated that life ended so suddenly. As Canadians we are resilient and have been creative about visiting one another with the use of technology and other strategic methods. We are confident that if you help us by adhering to our requests, it will be easy for our trades to adhere to distancing and staying safe so when they go home to their families they can also feel safe. We thank you for your cooperation!
