Restrictions have loosened a little so we can get out in this beautiful weather again. We are thankful for this and for this lovely weather and the many blessings of being able to see some family and friends.
With COVID-19 restrictions we are continuing to stay up-to-date with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team.
We ask that you please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.
We are always excited that you are very interested in viewing our communities and the construction that is taking place, however we hope that you can respect that we still would like to limit the contact of our community members, staff and workers on our sites. We appreciate that you please do all that you can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. With that being said, we are still limiting traffic on our construction sites. It is very busy already with the construction and dangerous for people to be walking amongst all the equipment. We thank you for your cooperation in the past weeks for respecting our community members and our staff who’s valued talent needs to remain safe during these days. If you need any more information, give Katie and Dan a call and they can arrange for viewing homes.
We do not have a model home at this time and will not be holding an open house this weekend. With that being said you are free to contact Katie Redekop at 905-658-1564 and Dan Stefels at 905-327-7438. We won’t be holding our open house but Katie and Dan are available to assist you with any questions you may have. Even though the lockdowns easing we are still requesting that there are no visits or drop-ins to the office until further notice.
We presently have 4 homes under construction and more coming soon at Kettle Court in Fort Erie. Our feature image was taken at Kettle Court. You will love the superior quality of our homes and we are always delighted that we can stand behind the integrity of our incredible homes. Each and every home is constructed with the highest quality checks in place for you. This community is adjacent to the Friendship Trail and has direct access to the Trail. Our Community Members will enjoy direct access to the features of living so close to the nature and scenery found in this area and such close proximity to Lake Erie’s pristine beaches. You can see Kettle Court’s site plan here: Site Plan.
“The Townhomes of Lavender Fields” is another one of our exciting projects. It is located in Fonthill. We are looking forward to this 87 unit project which is located on Port Robinson Road. The first homes in this community will be available to move in during the spring/summer 2021. Check out some of the details on this project here. If you want to see homes or talk projects, please give Katie or Dan a call and they can arrange a tour or meet to talk with you about our upcoming project. You can contact Katie Redekopp at 905-658-1564 and Dan Stefels at 905-327-7438 for the most recent information on timing for occupancy, availability and pricing on any of our projects.
