Adjacent to the Friendship Trail, this location is a great pick for you if you love landscapes and nature views! The Friendship Trail was once a rail line and is accessible from Kettle Court. This old right of way has been converted to a multi-use recreational path connecting Port Colborne with Fort Erie about 30 kilometres to the east. The Friendship Trail is a 24 km path which is straight, with virtually no elevation change. It is a wonderful trail with access to golden sand beaches on the shores of Lake Erie. Paralleling the north shore of the Lake Erie, it passes through farmland, villages, and quiet residential areas. The Friendship Trail offers options for enthusiasts of all sorts with stunning views of the Buffalo skyline and a nature trail that is suitable for all ages.

These beautiful single homes are located adjacent to the Friendship Trail where you can spend hours enjoying the scenery, heading out for a walk or run and to enjoy the beautiful spring weather! With COVID-19 restrictions we are continuing to stay up-to-date with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team.

We are always excited that you are very interested in viewing our communities and the construction that is taking place, however we hope that you can respect that we still would like to limit the contact of our community members, staff and workers on our sites. We appreciate that you please do all that you can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19.
