We are working away at Kettle Court in Fort Erie. Our feature image was taken of the two homes that are furthest in construction. These beautiful single homes are located adjacent to the Friendship Trail where you can spend hours enjoying the scenery, heading out for a walk or run!
We do not have a model home at this time with another lockdown, we are still working on our next projects for you to see soon! Kettle Court will be 11 single family homes on a small crescent off of Dominion Road in Fort Erie. We have begun 4 of these homes at this site. You can see the site plan here.
With the most recent lockdown we are still requesting that there are no visits or drop-ins to the office until further notice you can bring any inquiries you may have to Katie Redekop at 905-658-1564 and Dan Stefels at 905-327-7438. We won’t be holding our open house since we no longer have a model home since they are all sold out. If you are interested in seeing any of our homes or learning more about our upcoming projects please feel free to make arrangements with Katie or Dan.
“The Townhomes of Lavender Fields” is another of our exciting projects. It is located in Fonthill. We are looking forward to this 87 unit project is located on Port Robinson Road. The first homes in this community will be available to move in during the spring/summer 2021. Check out some of the details on this project here. If you want to see homes or talk projects, please give Katie or Dan a call and they can arrange a tour or meet to talk with you about our upcoming project. You can contact Katie Redekopp at 905-658-1564 and Dan Stefels at 905-327-7438 for the most recent information on timing for occupancy, availability and pricing on any of our projects. With COVID-19 restrictions we are continuing to stay up-to-date with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team.
We ask that you please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.
We are always excited that you are very interested in viewing our communities and the construction that is taking place, however we hope that you can respect that we still would like to limit the contact of our community members, staff and workers on our sites. We appreciate that you please do all that you can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. With that being said, we are still limiting traffic on our construction sites. It is very busy already with the construction and dangerous for people to be walking amongst all the equipment. We thank you for your cooperation in the past weeks for respecting our community members and our staff who’s valued talent needs to remain safe during these days. If you need any more information, give Katie and Dan a call and they can arrange for viewing homes.
Although there is not an open house, please feel free to contact Katie or Dan for any information that you require. Click here for details on how to contact Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels for more information about our projects.
