At Cedarbrook Landing it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas. We have noticed that these homes are starting to feel more like the community they are beginning to form. It’s delightful to see neighbours build relationships and friendships in this community! These units are almost sold out. We are still holding our Open House on Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. with Katie or Dan at unit 39 in St. Catharines at 525 Niagara Street. There are only two units left, one a single home and the other a condominium style unit which is our model home.
“The Townhomes of Lavender Fields” is our next project located in Fonthill. This 87 unit project is located on Port Robinson Road. The first homes in this community will be available to move in during the spring/summer 2021. If you want to see homes or talk projects, please give Katie or Dan a call and they can arrange a tour or meet to talk with you about our upcoming project. You can contact Katie Redekopp at 905-658-1564 and Dan Stefels at 905-327-7438 for the most recent information on timing for occupancy, availability and pricing on any of our projects.Keep watching our website for more details on this innovative project!
We also have two single family homes that are also under construction in the north end on Vine Street. They are located at #648 and #650 Vine Street. Contact Katie and Dan if you are interested in these new custom homes. There are more coming soon, so stay tuned for those announcements.
With COVID-19 restrictions we are continuing to stay up-to-date with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team.
We ask that you please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.
We love that you are very interested in viewing our communities and the construction that is taking place, however we hope that you can respect that we still would like to limit the contact of our community members, staff and workers on our sites. We appreciate that you please do all that you can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. With that being said, we are still limiting traffic on our construction sites. It is very busy already with the construction and dangerous for people to be walking amongst all the equipment. We thank you for your cooperation in the past weeks for respecting our community members and our staff who’s valued talent needs to remain safe during these days. If you need any more information, give Katie and Dan a call and they can arrange for viewing homes.
