At the end of a long day, nothing feels better than pulling in your Grey Forest driveway and entering your Grey Forest Home. Everything is just the way you want it to be and you couldn’t be happier with your choices. Today’s image was taken at Cedarbrook Landing in St. Catharines as night falls on this project. Many of our community members are now occupying their new homes and this community is taking shape very nicely! If you are looking for the perfect home in the north end of St. Catharines, check out this project. To get a better look you can join us at our Open Houses which will be held this weekend on both Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. We will still be practicing social distancing, masks, and hand sanitizing. If you are not comfortable with attending Open Houses or have health issues that prevent you from doing so and have any inquiries regarding our projects please feel free to contact Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels. Katie can be reached at 905-658-1564 and Dan at 905-327-7438 for the most recent information on timing for occupancy, availability and pricing. Cedarbrook Landing is almost sold out. If you are still hoping to purchase your unit, please get in touch with our Sales Professionals as soon as you can.
With the restrictions easing we are continuing to stay up-to-date with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team. Numbers of positive tests and hospitalizations are way down in our area but in order to keep it that way we must all be vigilant.
We ask that you please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.
We remind you again that with this beautiful summer weather, it is drawing our communities outdoors. We love that you are very interested in viewing our communities and the construction that is taking place, however we hope that you can respect that we still would like to limit the contact of our staff and workers on our sites. We know that it has been very difficult to be so isolated with such lovely weather, but if we are not careful, it will cause a spike in the spread of this virus. We would appreciate that you please do all that you can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. With that being said, we are still limiting traffic on our construction sites. It is very busy already with the construction and dangerous for people to be walking amongst all the equipment. We thank you for your cooperation in the past weeks for respecting our community members and our staff who’s valued talent needs to remain safe during these days.
Please remember to contact Katie and Dan who would be delighted to assist you with all the details on this project, they are the experts!
