It has been delightful to see the blossoms start to show and add colour to our bleak start to spring. In these times of unprecedented circumstances, the new spring starts to give us all hope for a new normal. We will still have to be careful to self-distance and make sure that we don’t spread COVID-19, but we all know those impacts and how to care to halt the virus. We certainly do hope that you are staying healthy and well and that we can get back to our lives again.
Once again as we approach the weekend we want to remind you that our Open House will not be open this weekend. Once restrictions change we will be excited to share with you the updates to hosting our Open Houses. If you have any inquiries regarding our projects don’t forget that Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels are still available to assist you with any of the details. Katie can be reached at 905-658-1564 and Dan at 905-327-7438.
Katie and Dan are able to assist you with any questions you may have. We are still able to assist you in answering any inquiries that you may have and would be most glad to help you at any time that we can. With the restrictions easing we are continuing to stay updated with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team. We are looking forward to implementing the first stages of opening up once we are able to. Please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.
We would also like to remind you that with such warm and lovely weather, it is drawing our communities outdoors, so we hope that you can respect that we have to still isolate our staff and workers on our sites. We know that it has been very difficult to be so isolated with such lovely weather, but if we are not careful, it could cause a spike in the spread of this virus. Please do all that you can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. With that being said, we are still restricting all traffic on our construction sites to staff and contractors only. We thank you for your cooperation in the past weeks for respecting our community members and your staff who’s valued talent needs to remain safe during these days.
Our video features the Townhomes of Saffron Meadows where we now only have one unit left. This is your last chance to get in this beautiful community. Both Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels are available to share information on either of these units. This community is now well established. Our members are enjoying this community and the landscaping is well on its way. These units are beautiful and you will love its location and the amenities that are in close proximity to this community. If this community interests you be sure to contact our Sales Professionals.
We are continuing to pray for you and your family and for COVID-19 to end. As Canadians we are resilient and have been creative about seeing one another with the use of technology and other strategic methods. We are confident that if you help us by adhering to our requests, it will be easy for our trades to adhere to distancing and staying safe so when they go home to their families they can also feel safe. Once again we thank you for your cooperation!
At Cedarbrook Landing units are moving quickly especially as members are moving into their new homes. At this community we are also working on the landscaping so it’s looking very pretty there now. Please feel free to contact Katie or Dan if you need assistance with this community in St. Catharines.
