It sure is helping to have a warmer winter and spring! We’ve been able to consistently carry on construction without any interruption. Both Saffron Meadows and Cedarbrook Landing are quite close to completion and sales are happening quite quickly as well! These are becoming beautiful communities as our latest clients move in to their units! Our feature image was taken at Cedarbrook Landing, located in St. Catharines at 525 Niagara Street. We are very excited about this community. It is a rare project located in the north end of St. Catharines. This is a high desired location in the city.
If you are interested in Cedarbrook Landing, we have a model home that will be available for viewing this weekend at Units 3 on Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. There are also models at The Townhomes at Saffron Meadows, in Fonthill. We will also be holding an Open House at Saffron Meadows on Saturday and Sunday at Unit 32 – 180 Port Robinson Road in Fonthill at Saffron Meadows.
