“The Willow”

This our first model home built in “The Neighbourhood of Broadway Gardens” in St. Catharines.   Built in north end of the city in an established residential area, this gem is within minutes from the lake.  It is a gorgeous home with many beautiful features.

“The Rosewood”

This model is the “Rosewood”.   It is a bungalow style home that is very spacious!   It has just been completed and is now available to be viewed during our open houses and privately if you wish to contact one of our agents who can make those arrangements for you.

“The Larkspur”

The Larkspur was sold before we had even completed it.   This particular model was modified slightly but the images will give you an idea of the feel of this home.   All the colour, carpet, and lighting selections were those of our purchaser to their tastes.  This beautiful home is now occupied but you can view images of the construction process if you click on the image.
