This week was a lovely taste of the warmer temperatures we can expect for the spring. \u00a0It was exciting to have a little taste of warmer temperatures although I know we aren’t going to stay in these temperatures, it was a nice taste. \u00a0 We have sold all of our custom homes on Vine Street in St. Catharines.<\/p>\n

Please remember that we are still requesting that there are no visits or drop-ins to the office until further notice. If you have any inquiries, don’t forget you can contact Katie Redekop at 905-658-1564 and Dan Stefels at 905-327-7438. \u00a0 Open Houses will not be held but if you are interested in seeing any of our models or homes that are completed we are able \u00a0to show them to you. \u00a0To make arrangements feel free to contact Katie or Dan.<\/p>\n

“The Townhomes of Lavender Fields” \u00a0<\/strong>is our next exciting project that is l<\/em>ocated in Fonthill. \u00a0We are looking forward to this 87 unit project is located on Port Robinson Road. \u00a0The first homes in this community will be available to move in during the spring\/summer 2021. \u00a0Check out some of the details on this project here<\/a>. \u00a0If you want to see homes or talk projects, please give Katie or Dan a call and they can arrange a tour or meet to talk with you about our upcoming project. \u00a0You can contact Katie Redekopp at 905-658-1564 and Dan Stefels at 905-327-7438 for the most recent information on timing for occupancy, availability and pricing on any of our projects. \u00a0Keep watching our website for more details on this innovative project!<\/p>\n

We also have a subdivision in Fort Erie called Kettle Court<\/strong><\/em> that we will be starting soon.\u00a0 Composed of 11 single family homes on a small crescent off Dominion Road called Kettle Court, these homes promise to sell out quickly. We will have more details coming very soon on this community!<\/p>\n

With COVID-19 restrictions we are continuing to\u00a0stay up-to-date with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team.<\/p>\n

We ask that you please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

We are always excited that you are very interested in viewing our communities and the construction that is taking place, however we hope that you can respect that we still would like to limit the contact of our community members, staff and workers on our sites. \u00a0 \u00a0 We appreciate that you please do all that you can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. \u00a0 With that being said, we are still limiting traffic on our construction sites. It is very busy already with the construction and\u00a0dangerous for people to be walking amongst all the equipment. We thank you for your cooperation in the past weeks for respecting our community members and our staff who’s valued talent needs to remain safe during these days. \u00a0<\/i><\/strong>If you need any more information, give Katie and Dan a call and they can arrange for viewing homes.<\/i><\/p>\n

There will not be open house this weekend as we have no homes for viewing in addition to COVID-19 restrictions. \u00a0 However if you are interested in obtaining information on our upcoming projects Kate Redekopp and Dan Stefels are available to answer any questions. \u00a0 Please feel free to contact them for more information about sales.<\/p>\n
