“The Townhomes of Lavender Fields” \u00a0<\/strong>are l<\/em>ocated in Fonthill. \u00a0This is a complex of 87 units on Port Robinson Road. \u00a0The first homes in this community will be available to move in during the spring\/summer 2021. \u00a0Keep watching our website for more details on this innovative project!<\/p>\n In addition to this new and exciting project, we have two single family homes that are also under construction in the north end on Vine Street. \u00a0 They are located at #648 and #650 Vine Street. \u00a0Contact Katie and Dan if you are interested in these new custom homes. \u00a0 There are more coming soon, so stay tuned for those announcements.<\/p>\n With COVID-19 restrictions we are continuing to\u00a0stay up-to-date with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team.<\/p>\n We ask that you please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n We love that you are very interested in viewing our communities and the construction that is taking place, however we hope that you can respect that we still would like to limit the contact of our community members, staff and workers on our sites. \u00a0 \u00a0 We appreciate that you please do all that you can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. \u00a0 With that being said, we are still limiting traffic on our construction sites. It is very busy already with the construction and\u00a0dangerous for people to be walking amongst all the equipment.
