In addition to Cedarbrook Landing we are now excited to announce our next project called “The Townhomes of Lavender Fields”. \u00a0Located near The Townhomes of Saffron Meadows in Fonthill. \u00a0This is a complex of 87 units on Port Robinson Road, Fonthill. \u00a0The first homes in this community will be available to move in during the spring\/summer 2021. \u00a0More information will be provided soon on our website.<\/p>\n
With the restrictions easing we are continuing to\u00a0stay up-to-date with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team. Numbers of positive tests and hospitalizations are way down in our area but in order to keep it that way we must all be vigilant.<\/p>\n
We ask that you please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n We remind you again that with this beautiful summer weather, it is drawing our communities outdoors. \u00a0We love that you are very interested in viewing our communities and the construction that is taking place, however we hope that you can respect that we still would like to limit the contact of our staff and workers on our sites. \u00a0 We know that it has been very difficult to be so isolated with such lovely weather, but if we are not careful, it will cause a spike in the spread of this virus. \u00a0 \u00a0We would appreciate that you please do all that you can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. \u00a0 With that being said, we are still limiting traffic on our construction sites. It is very busy already with the construction and\u00a0dangerous for people to be walking amongst all the equipment.
