Stage III is now arriving! \u00a0We are excited to announce that we will now be holding our Open Houses this weekend on both Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. We will still be practicing social distancing, masks, and hand sanitizing. \u00a0We must still be cautious as we continue to live in\u00a0phase III of COVID-19. \u00a0If you are not comfortable with attending Open Houses and have any inquiries regarding our projects please feel free to contact Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels. \u00a0Katie can be reached at 905-658-1564 and Dan at 905-327-7438 for the most recent information on timing for occupancy, availability and pricing.<\/p>\n
With the restrictions easing we are continuing to\u00a0stay up-to-date with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team. We are looking forward to continuing to move forward with businesses opening up.<\/p>\n
We ask that you please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n We remind you again that with this beautiful weather, it is drawing our communities outdoors. \u00a0We love that you are very interested in viewing our communities and the construction that is taking place, however we hope that you can respect that we still would like to limit the contact of our staff and workers on our sites. \u00a0 We know that it has been very difficult to be so isolated with such lovely weather, but if we are not careful, it will cause a spike in the spread of this virus. \u00a0 \u00a0We would appreciate that you please do all that you can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. \u00a0 With that being said, we are still limiting traffic on our construction sites. It is very busy already with the construction and\u00a0dangerous for people to be walking amongst all the equipment.
