With the move to phase 1 of the opening up of Ontario we are once again able to begin new construction and therefore as you can see in our feature image we are able to continue to dig. \u00a0This is exciting news since we have clients that are very excited to get into their new home. \u00a0 It’s also starting to feel a little bit like “normal” but please remember we haven’t crossed the finish line yet. \u00a0With the being said, we will not be able to hold our Open Houses. \u00a0 This is a reminder though that this doesn’t mean that we cannot show our homes, we will just be doing that on an individual basis. \u00a0Once we move into the next phases of Covid-19 we will be excited to share the updates to hosting our Open Houses. \u00a0If you have any inquiries regarding our projects don’t forget that Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels are still available to assist you with any of the details. \u00a0Katie can be reached at 905-658-1564 and Dan at 905-327-7438.<\/p>\n
Katie and Dan are holding individual appointments to show homes right now. \u00a0Both Katie and Dan have\u00a0the most recent information about timing for occupancy, availability and pricing. \u00a0Our units at Saffron Meadows are now sold out. \u00a0Members are settled in now and landscaping is underway.<\/p>\n
With the restrictions easing we are continuing to\u00a0stay updated with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team. We are looking forward to implementing the first stages of opening up once we are able to. \u00a0Please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n We would also like to remind you that with such beautiful weather, it is drawing our communities outdoors, so we hope that you can respect that we still have to isolate our staff and workers on our sites. \u00a0 We know that it has been very difficult to be so isolated with such lovely weather, but if we are not careful, it could cause a spike in the spread of this virus. \u00a0 \u00a0We would appreciate that you please do all that you can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. \u00a0 With that being said, we are still restricting all traffic on our construction sites to staff and contractors only. \u00a0We thank you for your cooperation in the past weeks for respecting our community members and your staff who’s valued talent needs to remain safe during these days.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n We are continuing to pray for you and your family and for COVID-19 to end. \u00a0This is a very difficult time for many of us.
