{"id":15392,"date":"2020-05-28T05:02:24","date_gmt":"2020-05-28T05:02:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/greyforesthomes.ca\/?p=15392"},"modified":"2020-05-28T16:28:59","modified_gmt":"2020-05-28T16:28:59","slug":"15392","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greyforesthomes.ca\/?p=15392","title":{"rendered":"The heat has arrived!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qvHEsc9OxBY\" width=\"840\" height=\"472.5\" frameborder=\"0\" align=\"centre\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">?<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Spring has ushered in some really warm weather, a dramatic change from a couple of weeks ago when we were still experiencing some winter-type temperatures. \u00a0As much as there have been many openings of businesses we are unable to hold Open Houses. \u00a0 This however, does not mean that we cannot show our homes, we will just be doing that on an individual basis. \u00a0Once restrictions change we will be excited to share with you the updates to hosting our Open Houses. \u00a0If you have any inquiries regarding our projects don&#8217;t forget that Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels are still available to assist you with any of the details. \u00a0Katie can be reached at 905-658-1564 and Dan at 905-327-7438.<\/p>\n<p>With the restrictions easing we are continuing to\u00a0stay updated with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team. We are looking forward to implementing the first stages of opening up once we are able to. \u00a0<strong><em>Please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We would also like to remind you that with such warm and lovely weather, it is drawing our communities outdoors, so we hope that you can respect that we have to still isolate our staff and workers on our sites. \u00a0 We know that it has been very difficult to be so isolated with such lovely weather, but if we are not careful, it could cause a spike in the spread of this virus. \u00a0 \u00a0Please do all that you can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. \u00a0<strong><em> With that being said, we are still restricting all traffic on our construction sites to staff and contractors only. \u00a0We thank you for your cooperation in the past weeks for respecting our community members and your staff who&#8217;s valued talent needs to remain safe during these days.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our video and photography features Cedarbrook Landing in St. Catharines. \u00a0 \u00a0We have model homes that both Katie and Dan can show you here by appointment only. \u00a0They have\u00a0the most recent information about timing for occupancy, availability and pricing. \u00a0Our units at Saffron Meadows are now sold out. \u00a0Members are settled in now and landscaping is underway.<\/p>\n<p>We are continuing to pray for you and your family and for COVID-19 to end. \u00a0 As Canadians we are resilient and have been creative about seeing one another with the use of technology and other strategic methods. \u00a0We are confident that if you help us by adhering to our requests, it will be easy for our trades to adhere to distancing and staying safe so when they go home to their families they can also feel safe. \u00a0We thank you for your cooperation!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>?
