We hope that you are staying healthy and well. \u00a0We seem to be managing the recommendations of Public Health quite well. \u00a0As an essential service, our construction has been continuing but with such warm and lovely weather, it is drawing our communities outdoors. \u00a0 We know that it has been very difficult to be so isolated with some of this beautiful weather, however if we are not careful, it could cause the spread of this virus. \u00a0 Fines are still being handed out to protect our communities. \u00a0 It is imperative that we do all that we each can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. \u00a0 With that being said, we are still restricting all traffic on our construction sites to staff and contractors only. \u00a0We thank you for your cooperation in the past weeks for respecting our community members and your staff who’s valued talent needs to remain safe during these days.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

As we approach the weekend we want to remind you that our Open House will not be open this weekend. \u00a0 Once restrictions change we will be delighted to let you know any updates to hosting our Open Houses. \u00a0If you have any inquiries regarding our projects don’t forget that Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels are still available to assist you with any of the details. \u00a0Katie can be reached at 905-658-1564 and Dan at 905-327-7438.<\/p>\n

Katie and Dan are able to assist you with any questions you may have. \u00a0We are still able to assist you in answering any inquiries that you may have and would be most glad to help you at any time that we can. \u00a0 At Grey Forest Homes we continue to\u00a0stay updated with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team. \u00a0Please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

At the Townhome of Saffron Meadows we only have two units left. \u00a0Both Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels are available to share information on either of these units. \u00a0This community is now well established. \u00a0These units are beautiful and you will love it’s location and the amenities that are in close proximity to this community.<\/p>\n

We thank you for your patience and we encourage you to practice self-isolation and social distancing which is the answer to reduction of the spreading of this virus. \u00a0Our most vulnerable people are at the greatest risk and we want to protect them. \u00a0We are continuing to pray for you and your family and for a short-lived experience here in Canada however it is up to us to make sure we do what is best for all Canadians. As Canadians we are resilient and have been creative about seeing one another with the use of technology and other strategic methods. \u00a0We are confident that if you help us by adhering to our requests, it will be easy for our trades to adhere to distancing and staying safe so when they go home to their families they can also feel safe. \u00a0Once again we thank you for your cooperation!<\/p>\n
