{"id":15368,"date":"2020-04-30T01:10:29","date_gmt":"2020-04-30T01:10:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/greyforesthomes.ca\/?p=15368"},"modified":"2020-04-30T01:13:49","modified_gmt":"2020-04-30T01:13:49","slug":"we-dont-just-build-homes-we-build-communities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greyforesthomes.ca\/?p=15368","title":{"rendered":"We don&#8217;t just build homes, we build communities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe width=\"840\" height=\"472.5\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/nMkabTENJSA\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\nWe hope that you are staying healthy and well. \u00a0We seem to be managing the recommendations of Public Health quite well. \u00a0 At Grey Forest Homes we have been declared an essential service and therefore our construction have been provided opportunity to continue to work but with such warm and lovely weather, it is drawing our communities outdoors. \u00a0 We understand that it can be very difficult to be so isolated in these circumstances, however if we are not careful, it will become mandatory for everyone to stay home. \u00a0 Fines are being handed out to protect our communities. \u00a0 It is imperative that we do all that we each can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. \u00a0<strong><em> With that being said, we are restricting all traffic on our construction sites to staff and contractors only. \u00a0We thank you for your cooperation in the past weeks for respecting our community members and your staff who&#8217;s valued talent needs to remain safe during these days.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will not be holding our Open Houses again for this weekend. \u00a0We hope that you will enjoy the video of Cedarbrook Landing since won&#8217;t be holding our Open House. We will let you know any updates to hosting our Open Houses as soon as we are able to hold them again. \u00a0If you have any inquiries regarding our projects Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels are still available to assist you with any of the details. \u00a0Katie can be reached at 905-658-1564 and Dan at 905-327-7438.<\/p>\n<p>As we always value your questions, \u00a0please feel free to contact either Katie Redekopp or Dan Stefels. \u00a0 They will be able to assist you with any questions you may have. \u00a0We are still able to assist you in answering any inquiries that you may have and would be most glad to help you at any time that we can. \u00a0 At Grey Forest Homes we continue to\u00a0stay updated with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team. \u00a0<strong><em>Please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the Townhomes of Saffron Meadows in Fonthill, there are still two units left. \u00a0Both Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels are available to share information on either of these units. \u00a0This community is now well established and worth seeing. \u00a0 You will love it&#8217;s location and the amenities that are in close proximity to this community.<\/p>\n<p>We thank you for your patience and we encourage you to practice self-isolation and social distancing which is the answer to reduction of the spreading of this virus. \u00a0Our most vulnerable people are at the greatest risk and we want to protect them. \u00a0We are praying for you and your family and for a short-lived experience here in Canada however it is up to us to make sure we do what is best for all Canadians.
