I know the date says otherwise but we are finally having some consistent weather that says “Hey guess what? \u00a0 It’s Spring Finally!” \u00a0<\/em>This is such a great time of the year, with all the leaves and blossoms arriving. \u00a0 As I drive down the street my nose is taking in the lovely scents of the lilacs blossoming! \u00a0It just doesn’t get better than that, except when we have our Open Houses of course! \u00a0Come out this weekend and see\u00a0Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels at 6 Ridgeview Crescent and 16 Ridgeview Crescent in St. David\u2019s. \u00a0 Both Katie and Dan can be found at our model homes on Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.<\/p>\n

Katie and Dan have all the information on Tanbark Heights and our newest project which has begun in Fonthill at Saffron Meadows. \u00a0Don’t forget that we\u00a0are now accepting Offers of Intention on these Townhomes and there is a lot of interest in these units! \u00a0 We have some news about a new project in St. Catharines called\u00a0Cedarbrook Landing as well and would love to share that with you as well. \u00a0This up and coming project will be \u00a0available in the next few months and is located centrally in the north end of the City of St. Catharines.<\/p>\n
