October 4, 2012<\/h4>\n

So much is happening again this week a Broadway Gardens and Trillium Gardens. \u00a0 Our model now has completed drywall and the painters are about to start, siding is complete, fireplace is in, trim carpenter is busy working and our model is really starting to take shape. \u00a0It won\u2019t be very long before we have our grand opening! \u00a0 Our double car garage has been converted into a Presentation Centre which will make it possible for our clients to make their selections for their home right on sight with our agents!<\/p>\n

This week there has been so much progress at our Broadway Gardens and Trillium Gardens sites! \u00a0 We are still servicing at Trillium Gardens and at Broadway Gardens we have our model moving right along. \u00a0 The drywall is almost complete, siding is almost complete and the shutters will be on too! \u00a0 We can\u2019t wait for you to see this project as there has been so much interest! \u00a0We have so much more happening at this and other sites don\u2019t forget to check back to be the first to hear the news!<\/p>\n

Things are moving right along at our model at The Neighbourhood at Broadway Gardens. \u00a0 The roof of our first model\u00a0is shingled, the siding has begun, bricks are on. \u00a0 Inside we have the framing complete, insulation and vapour barrier done and the windows are in! \u00a0Things are really starting to come together!<\/p>\n
