Open Houses will be held this weekend on both Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. We will still be practicing social distancing, masks, and hand sanitizing. If you are not comfortable with attending Open Houses or have health issues that prevent you from doing so and have any inquiries regarding our projects please feel free to contact Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels. Katie can be reached at 905-658-1564 and Dan at 905-327-7438 for the most recent information on timing for occupancy, availability and pricing.
With the restrictions easing we are continuing to stay up-to-date with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team. We are looking forward to continuing to move forward with businesses opening up.
We ask that you please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.
We remind you again that with this beautiful weather, it is drawing our communities outdoors. We love that you are very interested in viewing our communities and the construction that is taking place, however we hope that you can respect that we still would like to limit the contact of our staff and workers on our sites. We know that it has been very difficult to be so isolated with such lovely weather, but if we are not careful, it will cause a spike in the spread of this virus. We would appreciate that you please do all that you can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. With that being said, we are still limiting traffic on our construction sites. It is very busy already with the construction and dangerous for people to be walking amongst all the equipment. We thank you for your cooperation in the past weeks for respecting our community members and our staff who’s valued talent needs to remain safe during these days.
Our feature image was taken at Cedarbrook Landing where our community is growing fast. This project has been very exciting to be a part of. It has been an unusual time but we are all working together to distance and sanitize and protect ourselves from this virus.
