With the spread of COVID-19 in our country, we are all experiencing a new lifestyle of self-isolation and social distancing. It is creating a lot of anxiety and changes in our personal lives. We want to wish you a beautiful Good Friday and a Happy Easter as you continue to exercise the COVID-19 rules. We understand that this is changing the way that we are celebrating as families, but it is necessary to slow the spread of this virus.
Essential services have been provided opportunity to continue to work but with such warm and lovely weather, it is drawing our communities outdoors. We understand that it can be very difficult to be so isolated in these circumstances, however if we are not careful, it will become mandatory for everyone to stay home. Fines are beginning to be handed out to protect our communities. It is imperative that we do all that we each can do to protect our neighbours, friends and families from adding to the spread of COVID-19. With that being said, we are restricting all traffic on our construction sites to staff and contractors only. Please feel free if you have any questions, or need information about one of our homes, to contact either Katie Redekopp or Dan Stefels. They will be able to assist you with any questions you may have. We understand that few of us have ever experienced something so radical like this and it creates a discomfort to us. At Grey Forest Homes we continue to stay updated with reports from the Niagara Regional Public Health Unit, Health Canada, the CDC and the WHO about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we continue to follow the recommendations being made by health officials and stay aligned with the best practices during this time for the health and safety of our clients and the Grey Forest Team. Please do your part in contributing to the end of the battle against COVID-19.
With the information about and announcements about the pandemic, we have decided that it is in best practice to close our Open Houses again for this weekend. If you have any inquiries regarding our projects Katie Redekopp and Dan Stefels are still available to assist you with any of the details. Katie can be reached at 905-658-1564 and Dan at 905-327-7438.
We thank you for your patience and we encourage you to use best practices in your personal life, self-isolation and social distancing is the answer to reduction of the spreading of this virus. Our most vulnerable people are at the greatest risk and we want to protect them. We are praying for a short-lived experience here in Canada however it is up to us to make sure we do what is best for all Canadians. We are confident that if you help us by adhering to our requests, it will be easy for our trades to adhere to distancing and staying safe so when they go home to their families they can also feel safe.
